What we collect
When you submit a callback request, we collect the phone number you provide. If you call our line, standard call metadata (number, timestamp, duration) is logged, and the call may be recorded so our AI receptionist and our team can process and improve responses.
How we use it
Your phone number is used to place the callback you requested and to follow up about ZapToro. If a mailer or ad included a personalized preview link, that link's identifier is used only to load your business's preview — it is not shared with third parties.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your phone number with third-party marketers. We do not use your calls for anything beyond delivering and improving the service you requested.
Opt out
Ask to be removed from our calling list at any time, on a call or by contacting us at (760) 338-2281, and we'll comply immediately.
