The service
ZapToro is an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls to your existing business phone number, handles routine questions, and books appointments to your calendar according to rules you set. It does not replace or require a new phone number.
No long-term contract
Service is month-to-month. Cancel any time; there is no early-termination fee.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping the routing and escalation rules you configure up to date, and for reviewing calls the AI escalates or flags for human follow-up.
Limitations
The AI handles calls to the best of its configured ability and escalates to a human, or takes a message, when it can't resolve something. It is provided as-is; we work continuously to improve accuracy but can't guarantee every call is handled perfectly.
